About the Role: We are currently seeking a General Practitioner (GP) at D3 Doctor grade to join our team at Aldershot Medical Centre. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients in the London and South regions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with patients to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Provide preventive care, health education, and promotion of healthy lifestyles.
  • Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures and administer vaccinations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients.

Requirements:

  • GMC registration and eligibility for inclusion on the General Practitioner register.
  • Previous experience working as a General Practitioner in a primary care setting.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
