Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to the team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the entire organization, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all departments.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.

Proven experience as a general sales manager or similar role in the FMCG industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.

Familiarity with ERP, CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Ability to travel as needed.
