General Manager

Join our client as they expand into West London with the launch of their new restaurant, enhancing their established brand. We're in search of an experienced General Manager to spearhead our most ambitious project yet, serving as the flagship site for our brand.

The Role:

We're seeking a seasoned hospitality professional with the ability to inspire, educate, and lead a team of 60. As our General Manager, you'll embody the confidence, warmth, and dedication to exceptional service found in top-tier restaurants. You'll bring a forward-thinking approach to management, technology, and the contemporary London dining scene, coupled with strong financial acumen and leadership skills, to drive team success.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a General Manager or ambitious Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant setting.
A confident, vibrant personality capable of commanding the dining room and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for meticulous hospitality, guest experience, and maintaining exceptionally high service standards inspires this commitment in others.
Strong business acumen is demonstrated by achieving targets and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to profitability.
Highly organised, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage large teams and respond strategically.
Experience with new restaurant openings is highly desirable, along with a solid background in wine, ideally with a WSET Level 3 certification
