We are currently seeking a high-performing General Manager to oversee our client's volume car brand dealerships in the vibrant Emirate of Dubai.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• General Manager of passenger car dealerships for a minimum of 7 years.
• Proven experience in multi-site leadership, ensuring target performance achievement across all locations.
• Previous Middle East experience at the General Manager (Retail dealer) level, preferably within the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic or European Nationals with multi-site General Manager experience in the UAE or Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing over 4,000 new car sales annually, particularly with Japanese, Korean, or European volume car brands.
• Data-driven and commercially aware, staying abreast of trends, market conditions, and competitor performance.
• Decisive, compelling, and focused business leader with quantifiable career success in managing multiple sites.
• Effective in managing and nurturing manufacturer relations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
