General Manager - Hospitality - West End, Central London

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager with presence, leadership and commercial acumen to head up a premium venue situated in the heart of London West End. On offer is a fantastic salary and OTE of £80,000 commensurate with leading the best bar team in London, delivering a memorable experience for guests and tailor-made events for all occasions. 

This opportunity requires a Natural Leader with unrivalled passion for high standards and service, coaching teams to go the extra mile. You must have experience leading large teams of at least 50-60 colleagues and managing annual turnover of at least £4m-£5m. We are open to high volume backgrounds from bars, nightclubs and general hospitality, with the ability to demonstrate a full appreciation for luxury guest experience. 

This is a hands on leadership role, everyone from the owners and directors gets involved in every vital task - this attitude is a key ingredient for the success of an established chain with a flawless reputation.
