Rhubarb Recruitment is recruiting a General Manager for a stunning fully restored coaching Inn located near Tetbury, Gloucestershire. A destination gastro pub with a handful of wonderful guest rooms, several dining rooms, a bar, and a magnificent Cotswold beer garden. The business is well-established with an excellent reputation and reviews, and all about fresh food, quality ingredients, outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality. Who we need

We are looking for a General Manager / Pub Manager with a good track record operating high-quality food-led pubs and Inns. You must understand what it means to consistently deliver excellent service standards and be able to manage all areas of day-to-day operations. We are looking for a dynamic leader with energy and drive to lead the business into further growth. We will also consider applications from candidates coming from an Assistant Manager or Deputy General Manager position and wanting to move into his/her first GM role.

Salary

The basic salary is to £40,000 depending on experience, plus a share of service and a competitive bonus scheme + company pension.
