Over the last 10 years, my client has positioned themselves as the premium operator in the UK of Family Bowling Centres.

Their approach has changed the way the industry operates and their innovative customer experience can be seen in both repeat business, and the bottom line.

Due to their ongoing expansion, they are currently completing a new-build, flagship site in Swindon, and are looking for the right person to lead this business.

The core focus of the role is...

• P&L ownership
• People/Team Development
• Operations Management (including F&B)

Family entertainment may not be your specific background, but you will have a track record in taking ownership and driving profit in complex, customer facing environments.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate

You will be comfortable setting your own agenda for your business but also calling on the support and direction of a highly successful team around you.
