Cobalt is seeking a standout General Manager to manage a well-known trophy development in the City of London. Our client is a reputable brand in real estate world, making a name for themselves in the field of trophy assets, and challenging the established status quo of property management whilst remaining a values-driven business where employees' needs come first.

The development is a multi-let office building in the heart of London, boasting excellent transport links to compliment the vibrant atmosphere. The building is home to prestigious blue-chip occupiers, and will therefore require exceptional customer service skills to thrive within this position.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Setting and managing the service charge budget for the site;
  • Managing contractors for both soft and hard services, helping to foster a one-team culture throughout the development;
  • Providing a top tier total FM service for tenants, developing lasting professional relationships with your occupiers;
  • Working with the internal events team to ensure the creation of a vibrant atmosphere within the building;
  • Promoting sustainability wherever possible.

Our client is seeking an individual with a track record in the management of trophy commercial assets. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential for this role, whilst a tangible track record in promoting ESG throughout your building(s) is highly desirable too.
