General Lawyer - £125,000

My client is an international FCA regulated Financial services house based in London.

Their exists an immediate vacancy for an in house Commercial Lawyer.

The role which reports to the CFO is effectively an in house general counsel role.

Responsibilities will include

• Advising on Commercial Matters
• Dealing with external contracts
• Employment matters as they arise
• Liaising with FCA as required

This is a broad senior role and you will be the main point of contact for all legal matters

Some you may need to outsource but your influence will be pivotal

We welcome applications from qualified lawyers with at least 3-5 years post qualification experience.

Ideally someone who has worked for a law firm and then gone into commerce
