GDPR & Compliance Manager (Manufacturing) - Hybrid

The Company:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a GDPR & Compliance Manager (Manufacturing) - Hybrid, to analyse business compliance methods and ensure that all operations are compliant with the laws that govern business practices. You will be responsible for reviewing responses to official inquiries and correspondence with government agencies to ensure that they are complete and proper.

Main Duties

• Working with all managers to establish SOP's across the business and then using IS9001 to police and manage it
• Overseeing Legal Documentation Support and Business Compliance
• GDPR Training & Compliance
• Modern Slavery Act Compliance.
• Packaging usage reporting
• Understanding of Data transferring for international business
• ICO training and Health & safety compliance
• Ensuring that managers and employers across the business conform to the regulatory compliances through education awareness and training
• Vendor/ mill compliance
• Technical support for hospitality as required and other projects of a similar nature i.e. perpetual inventory count for retail

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in quality control or corporate policy auditing
• ISO 9001 experience preferred.
• Advanced computer database and Microsoft Office software skills
• Strong understanding of current regulations affecting manufacturing companies
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills
