Newstaff Employment services are recruiting for a Garden Nursery Worker AL9 Hertfordshire.

We're seeking a dedicated Garden Nursery Worker to join our team and help us cultivate our beautiful nursery in Welham green Hertfordshire.
Position: Garden Nursery Worker

Location: Welham Green Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Salary: £11.50 per hour

As a Garden Nursery Worker, you'll have the opportunity to:
Assist in the care and maintenance of a wide variety of plants and shrubs.
Help with tasks such as loading and unloading stock from vehicles, potting, watering, pruning, and general plant care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the health and vitality of our nursery stock.
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, offering advice and assistance with plant selection.
Learn and develop your horticultural knowledge and skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
What we're looking for:
Passion for plants and gardening.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in horticulture or gardening is desirable but not essential – we're willing to train the right candidate!

Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
