Garden Maintenance Team Leader - High End Residential

Sands End, Greater London

£33,000 - £37,000 - DOE

Information on the role

  • Responsible for an assigned vehicle, garden portfolio, & Garden Maintenance Operative
  • Ensure clients’ gardens are well-kept
  • Carry out maintenance tasks as requested
  • Care for equipment, notifying the Supervisor on any issues
  • Comply with H&S procedures and policies
  • Build & Maintain professional relationships
  • Log timesheets on relevant employee portals

What we’d like from you

  • Experience in high-end residential Garden Maintenance/Soft Landscaping
  • Knowledge of garden maintenance operations, horticulture (planting, pruning, fertilising, etc.)
  • Basic First aid or Greater
  • Desirable: RHS Level 2 or equivalent
  • Desirable: PA1 & PA6 Spraying certificates
  • Desirable: Horticulture qualification or certificate
  • Driving license
  • Ability to work in all sorts of weather conditions
  • Physically able as the job is very physically demanding
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
