This pre-eminent international firm with offices in London, Europe, the Middle East and Asia are consistently ranked high in many of their offerings and they are particularly strong in Funds and Funds Finance.

They are seeking a talented Associate to join their funds and finance department in their London office!

The Role:

  • This position is tailored for individuals at the Counsel/Senior level, ideally with proficiency in various financial areas including Capital call, hybrid structures, general partner agreements, management fees, co-investment arrangements, and NAV/asset-backed facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience representing both lenders and sponsors/borrowers, ideally acquired from a background in an international or top-tier regional firm.

Requirements & Candidate:

  • Must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
  • Team player with a strong client focussed approach
  • The individual should also have experience with fund structures and partnership documents.
