A regulatory hosting firm and software platform is in search of a versatile lawyer with around 2 years of PQE to collaborate closely with their managing directors and CEO, who is a solicitor able to provide additional training and insights.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Legal Contracts tracker
  • Prepare engagement docs
  • Negotiate contract legal points (e.g., indemnities, warranties)
  • Handle IP (e.g., TM, patents) and related issues
  • Manage HR/TUPE legal matters and GDPR
  • Oversee M&A activities
  • Input into software product from legal perspective including AML

Experience Required:

  • 2 years PQE preferred, ideally in-house within financial services
  • Sound knowledge of the regulatory industry and FCA regulations
