A successful and thriving Charity Organisation are seeking a Fundraising Executive to join their team on a permanent and full time basis.

The Fundraising Executive will we pivotal in the development of engaging and growing relationships with high-net worth individual, trusts, foundations and corporate donors. This individual will also collaborate with colleagues across the company in the UK, Europe and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in fundraising and with donors possessing strong project management and organisational skills.

This role offers flexible working with 4 days in the office and 1 day at home.

Key Duties:

  • Support the team for company’s activities with new and existing donors
  • Maintain accurate records with major donors in the CRM system
  • Monitor and organise donor prospects
  • Coordinate weekly internal donor meetings and prepare reports for Board of Trustees
  • Complete weekly reports on donor activities and follow up
  • Collaborate with offices abroad to coordinate and update donor fundraising approaches, including website content, brochures and project information
  • Coordinate fundraising approaches do avoid duplication
  • Document and monitor donor proposals
  • Strengthen relationships through various engagement strategies
  • Oversee support for major donors throughout the annual fundraising campaign
  • Manage relationships with company’s creative agencies to develop marketing materials for fundraising initiatives and events

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience working with a charity or fundraising
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of Software Raiser’s Edge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with Donors
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
