Are you a passionate advocate for animal welfare? Do you thrive on creative fundraising and enjoy organising engaging events? If so, on behalf of my client I have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position: Fundraiser 

Location: Norfolk – need to be based local

Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours per week (flexible: can fit a lot of people’s situations e.g. people working around school hours, flex hours, or someone who wants a structured 9-5pm)

Role Overview:

As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in the organisations mission. Your passion for animal welfare and your creative approach to fundraising will help raise vital funds to support with their initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly, some hours need to be office based to find sponsorships and funding, but a lot of independent work can be done from home. Be prepared to get your boots muddy on-site when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Creativity: Develop innovative fundraising strategies and campaigns. Your creativity will be key.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organise, and execute fundraising events.
  • Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters. Your excellent communication skills will shine here.
  • Campaign Management: Monitor fundraising campaigns, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team, volunteers, and partners. Diversity is our strength, and we value your unique perspective.
