Our client is a dedicated independent services company with smart modern offices near Kingston who currently have an opportunity for someone from an accounts /finance background to join them in the unique role of Fund Controller.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in their highly supportive and friendly finance team this is a vital role within the accounting function of this organisation administering all funding aspects and providing support to the FC and finance team and a summary of all the duties in order to achieve this appear below:

Maintain and develop the company’s vehicle database

Obtaining funding clearance and allocating settlements

Obtain credit facilities for their corporate clients

Monitor credit lines

Co-ordinate financing of vehicles with Finance Houses

Liaise with funders & internal customers

Ensure all funding queries internal & external are resolved promptly

Set up and maintain a Procedure Document for their area of responsibility

Applications for this highly responsible, unique and rewarding role are particularly invited from candidates with previous accounts office experience who have excellent communication & IT skills that includes MS Windows & Excel. You will also need to be a very effective problem solver and very well organised and be able to provide an extremely high standard of customer service both externally & internally and be exceptionally professional and self motivated at all times.
