Fund Research Administrator
This leading Wealth Manager is looking for a Fund Research Admin to work in their Investment division , to provide administrative support to our Fund Research team, facilitating them in producing quality research content and administering fund-based portfolios.
Key Accountabilities
Data Inputting
Formatting documents
Ensure all recorded information is accurate and up to date
Managing the team’s schedule
Provide reports on a regular basis
Communicate effectively with colleagues through formalised reporting
Ensure effective logging and resolution of enquiries
Assist research analyst(s) where necessary

Candidate Profile
This would suit a second jobber with good standard of education (A-level or equivalent)
Previous Wealth or Investment administration experience is essential
Previous experience of using Excel and comfortable dealing with numerical data
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
High degree of attention to detail and very organised
A willingness to undertake the CISI Level 3 UK Financial Regulation exam
