Description

Participate in the full deal execution cycle

Supporting deal origination and transaction screening to due diligence, legal execution, and ongoing deal management.

Assist with client relationship management and working closely with investor relations team

Portfolio management duties.

Performing credit analysis and additional financial analysis duties

Support the senior team with other initiatives as the business explores new financing solutions

Profile

Associate level role and a track record in financial services essential

Experience in one of fund finance or leveraged finance businesses preferred

Strong credit and financial modelling skills essential

Experience in a client facing / portfolio management role beneficial
