Fund Controller - Private Credit

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a big player in the private credit sector who looking to hire a Fund Controller.

  • Salary: £60,000-£75,000, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office

This interim fund controller role will suit an experienced fund accountant who has been specifically working in private credit or private equity close ended funds.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Oversight of fund administrators
  • Review capital calls and distributions
  • Review of valuations
  • Liquidity management
  • Review of financial statements for the funds

What our client is looking for in the successful candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA or equivalent) - will suit someone 1-2 years post qualified
  • Private Credit or Private Equity fund accounting/controlling experience 3-5 years
  • Close ended funds
  • Will consider both inhouse or fund administrator experience
  • Strong systems skills and attention to detail
  • Good communicator
