Bristol - Hybrid - 2/3 days per week in the office

We are representing an international market-leading SaaS business who are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer with excellent front-end and API experience, to join their growing engineering team in Bristol. As a full stack engineer, you will be expected to work in both Frontend (JS/React) and Backend (PHP/Laravel) helping to shape the future direction of their platform.

Our client runs a flat structure for their engineering function and in this role, you will report into the Head of Engineering. They use Kanban and split teams based on projects/products that rotate every few months. You will be working with a globally distributed team of developers but with most of your colleagues in Bristol.

Their tech stack is: JavaScript/React, PHP/Laravel, GitHub, AWS

We are looking for:

• Experience with building scalable web applications with React and Laravel.
• Experience working with functional and components based on React
• Significant PHP and JavaScript development experience
• Good knowledge of MySQL
• Knowledge working with AWS Services
• Experience with Github and Github actions
• Good awareness of secure coding practices
