FTTP / FTTH Operations Manager / Installations Manager - 9-month FTC

Looking for an experienced manager of Fibre upgrade projects to work for a sub-contract business. This role is to be responsible for Quality and Consistency, hitting the clients KPI's in delivery of the final customer connection, FTTP from the pole to the internal socket in SDU's.

Applicants must be confident managing Field Supervisors and Lead Engineers who are responsible for a team of sub-contract FTTH Engineers.

The end customers houses are all in the South of London area, an ideally home location would be Croydon for both days in the office and site-based meetings and occasional audits of work.

This role is offered as an initial 9-month contract on a FTC PAYE basis. Highly likely to extend to 12 months and strong possibility of perm.

Equivalent annual salary IRO £40 - 50K + either a business expensed company van or a car allowance.

This role is available for immediate start.
