New opportunity to support the companies MGA platform in the allocation of historic unallocated cash to broker remittances, within the MGA Policy Administration system, and to work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve related queries.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Reviewing legacy unallocated cash and matching to remittances received.
  • Liaison with brokers, and underwriters when/if required, in respect of overdue premiums and remittance queries.
  • Ledger data cleansing as required.
  • Creation and reporting of MI to support progress of above.
  • Ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant PRA and FCA conduct rules.
  • Responsibility for the proper performance of all regulatory roles held in the course of employment.
  • Responsibility for the proper performance of any FCA/PRA Prescribed Responsibilities assigned from time to time and contained within a Statement of Responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be/have:

  • Previous credit control experience gained within the London Insurance Market.
  • Knowledge of MGA/Broking processes would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Eclipse Broking system or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Good analytical, mathematical and organisational skills.
