Front of House

Our client is seeking a customer service focused individual, with front of house, customer facing experience, and excellent organisational skills, to join their Admissions team. Working term time only, with only 3 weeks to work across the years school holidays. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Duties:

• Respond to initial enquiries, seeing on-boarding through to completion
• Give site tours
• First point of contact for all applications
• Prepare and communicate through letter, email, and telephone
• Offer guidance and support to potential and ongoing admission applications
• Update CRM continually to support ongoing admissions

Experience required:

• Admissions experience is beneficial
• Excellent customer service, front of house, communication skills
• Previous administration experience
• Ability to follow and learn new processes quickly
