Front Of House Receptionist / Private Cosmetic Clinic

We are working with a Private plastic surgery clinic in London, specialising in plastic and cosmetic surgery for breast and body, non-surgical skin treatment, laser hair removal, laser skin tag excision, skin lesions removal and FUE hair transplant. They are recruiting for a Permanent full time Front of House Receptionist to join their clinic near Finchley, London.

Front Of House Receptionist Duties:

• Answer phone calls, customer emails, messages on social media, day to day enquiries.
• Manage the reception area, and cleanliness of front of house & the waiting area/clinic.
• Provide exemplary customer service at all times.
• Welcoming and greeting patients, maintaining and updating patient records/filing system, ensuring consultation and other relevant paperwork is ready.
• Excellent communications skills, organised, methodical with a professional, positive 'can do’ attitude.
• Computer literate.
• Stock taking.
• General administrative duties and tasks as required to support the team.
• Candidate needs to have experience within a private clinic.
