Our client, a renowned educational institution in the heart of London, is seeking an experienced Front of House and Events Manager to join their diverse team. �?

As the Front of House and Events Manager, you'll lead and motivate a team of Front of House and Events Assistants to ensure the highest level of customer service. ??

?? Location: London Bridge

? Working Pattern: Full Time, 36.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days (including mornings, evenings and 2 Saturdays per month)

?? Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

?? Hourly Rate: £18.23 (perm salary will be £34,605)

?? Highlights of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring the Front of House and Events team to provide top-notch service �?
  • Establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures to enhance customer experience ??
  • Managing room bookings, advising on suitable accommodation, and ensuring building access requirements are met ??
  • Overseeing event planning, liaising with event leaders, and coordinating catering arrangements �?
  • Ensuring public spaces are well-maintained and responding to maintenance issues promptly �?

  • Proven experience in team management and delivering exceptional customer service �?
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail ??
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders ?????
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment ????
