Friday to Sunday Porter, North West London - Luxury Residential
Our client is looking for a part-time Concierge/Caretaker to join their new development in North West London.
Working hours will be Friday to Sunday, 7am - 7pm and you will be working independently.
The salary availavle is just over £24,600, the equivalent of £13.15ph (36 hours per week)
Our client is looking for a strong customer service skill set, alongside some hands on experience in his hybrid role, where you will be responsible for both the front of house and site management duties.
- Handling resident queries face to face, over the phone and via email
- Managing parcel intake and logging these efficiently on computer systems
- Assist with any move in or move out procedures as and when they arise, ensuring a smooth process for residents
- Manage daily report of any incidents, contractors and visitors on site, communicating issues to the managing agent as required
- Handle daily bin collections and stores, keeping all communal areas clean and tidy
- Litter picking, sweeping and occasional jet washing of the communal areas
Ideally, you will have experience in a residential or high end hospitality setting. Any maintenance experience is also beneficial.
