The Company:
Our client is a luxurious service provider in the hospitality industry.

Main duties:
To maximise revenue through bookings.

The Role:
- Providing excellent customer service (by phone and email)
- Processing rooms reservations for customers
- Using selling techniques to upgrade rooms and achieve targets
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and procedures
- Attend meetings and training sessions
- Administrative duties when required

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in hospitality - Required
- Sales or administrative experience - Desired
- Target driven and motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to change

Salary: Circa £33k + Commission + Benefits
