French Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant

Robert Half are working in partnership with a renowned, leading organisation in Swindon to recruit a French Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is keen to utilise their French language skills whilst acting as a key contributor towards the accounts payable process, a variety of reconciliations and adhoc tasks. The salary is between £27,000 - £32,000 plus hybrid working and other excellent benefits.

The Role

The main duties of the French Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant role will consist of the following:

• Processing invoices; match, batch and code.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Preparing weekly payment runs.
• Liaising with suppliers and dealing with queries.
• Raising and processing credits/debits.
• Assisting with month-end preparation; ensure statements are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner, contribute towards reporting and reconciliations.

Requirements

To be considered for the French Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant role, you must ideally possess the following skills/attributes:

• Must be fluent in French language.
• Must ideally have experience within accounts payable/purchase ledger.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organised.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good team player.

Salary & Benefits

• £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
• Hybrid working; 3 days from home, 2 days in the office
