My client is looking for a professional Accreditation Coordinator to join their team, you will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of training offering at a Regional / Country level. Working with local teams to resource, plan and enable courses. A core part of this role will be focused on the France market. This position will require collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders supporting the set up and administrative management of client accreditation courses.
Key responsibilities
- Support in the setting up of new client courses, including supporting with enquiries, sending out joining instructions and invites to eLearning, managing virtual requirements for delivery
- Management of administration documents in line with French requirements
- Co-ordination of rooms, catering and welcoming delegates to office-based training
- Coordination of flights, accommodation and materials as required
- Support in day-to-day communications with clients - pre, during and post course, including system administration for accreditation, including set up, joining instructions, questionnaires, monitoring of progress, status updates to clients and delegates and downloading of reports
- Collect, compile, analyse, and manage client data ensuring its accuracy and security
- Complete system administration for products via various platforms, including set up and issuing of invitations, monitoring of responses, and downloading of reports
- Offer technical assistance to clients, ensuring a smooth experience
- Support the financial processes for accreditation delivery
- Assist with the financial aspects of projects, including system management, revenue management and invoice preparation and tracking, ensuring accuracy and promptness
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
- French fluent bilingual with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French
- Previous experience in a customer facing role requiring high levels of organisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to proof and review materials with accuracy
- Able to quickly understand and use technical platforms
- Collaborative mindset and ability to liaise effectively with multiple internal departments
