Job Title: Freight Sales Administrator

Location: Redditch

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience (+ Annual Bonus)

Hours: Full Time

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Type: Permanent

The Role

• Preparing and following up on quotes
• Acting as first point of contact for clients and understanding requirements
• Updating information for the purpose of preparing quotes
• Ensure customers and suppliers are communicated with in a timely manner
• Booking jobs onto the internal transport management system

Experience Required

• Experience of working in a similar role is essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Responsive and collaborative
