Job Title: Freight Pricing Coordinator.

Locations: Manchester

• Communicate with clients to understand freight needs and build strong relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide accurate and competitive freight quotes and negotiate terms to secure profitable business within customer budgets.
• Stay informed about company services, articulate value propositions, and differentiate from competitors.
• Create compelling sales presentations, highlight service benefits, and assist with accurate order processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth freight movements and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct market research, provide feedback on market trends, and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximise revenue.
• Set and achieve sales targets, adjust strategies based on market conditions, and stay updated on industry regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training programs and effectively use sales management software and CRM systems.
