Description: Technical Design Manager, Architecture

Working as a key part of my clients global Architecture team the Technical Design Manager receives design briefs from the creative team and works to develop these to complete technical mock ups, testing and documentation. This role coordinates the physical prototyping and 2D documentation of finishes, fixtures and architectural details for construction. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants and contractors ensuring quality, cost effective and timely outcomes.

The profile:

In terms of the profile, ideally the candidate is a qualified architect or someone who has worked on the technical design side of high-end furniture and interiors production. So interior design with experience in fashion retail is relevant. Not so much pop ups or runway unless they have manufacturing or fabrication experience.

Details:

Rate of pay: 350 per day

Duration: 6 months

Location: Onsite London - may consider some flexi working
