  • Client : Brand Agency
  • Day rate : £350 a day
  • IR35 : Outside IR35
  • Remote : Fully remote
  • Location : UK-based (UK working hours)

Brief :

  • Translating feedback and data into meaningful insights and opportunities.
  • They are looking for an experienced researcher with a strong foundation in qualitative research methodologies and complementary quantitative skills.
  • Contributing to insightful data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Data-driven with a deep understanding of research techniques facilitation experience and exceptional communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with Dovetail is also preferred.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with clients and the product team to understand business objectives, challenges, requirements, and hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and questions.
  • Develop and conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather qualitative data, exploring consumer behaviour's, attitudes, and perceptions.
  • Combine quantitative research methods to complement qualitative findings.
  • Analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance research capabilities and methodologies.

Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in qualitative research methodologies, including conducting interviews and focus groups.
  • Solid understanding of quantitative research principles and experience using statistical tools.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
