Fraud Solicitor/CILEX

Our client is a national UK Top 40 insurance law firm who are currently recruiting a Fraud Solicitor/CILEx into their Motor Fraud department. The firm offers great hybrid opportunities, a competitive salary and clear progression routes.

Your new role
This Fraud Solicitor/CILEX role will see you handle your own caseload of litigated motor fraud files on a non-delegated basis. You will have full authority on files, working on behalf of a number of key insurer clients. This role will require you to work closely alongside the Team Leader and Lead Lawyer to achieve the best possible results and become as commercially astute as possible. Your caseload will consist of fraudulent motor claims including, bogus passengers, low velocity impact, phantom passengers, staged incidents, credit hire fraud and organised crime.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/CILEX, however, non-qualified applicants who are qualified through experience may also be considered. Previous experience handling your own caseload of pre-litigated or litigated RTA files is required. Experience of motor fraud claims is beneficial. A strong understanding of insurance litigation practice/processes is required. Good advocacy skills are also required.
