The Role:
As a Motor Fraud Analyst, you'll identify fraudulent activities, challenge client information, validate documents and their origins, speak to customers often navigating tricky conversations - the ultimate aim is to help us avoid fraudulent activity.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to underwriting referrals, prioritizing risk mitigation.
- Utilise data analytics to identify and address potential fraud.
- Authenticate customer documentation.
- Report and validate MI.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Stay compliant with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in personal lines motor insurance is essential.
- Understanding of insurance underwriting practices and fraud detection
- Familiarity with the UK Motor Insurance Industry
- Customer service expertise with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
