Fractional Finance Director / CFO

Intellectual Business Services UK Ltd is seeking sharp, commercially minded and astute Finance Directors and Chief Financial Officers to work closely with business owners and management teams in and around the across Essex, Herts, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Greater London and Central London areas.

You will be well versed at providing a mixture of strategic and practical financial advice and support, having gained a varied and extensive sector experience across a number of industries. You will be extremely personable and very comfortable with building relationships, self managed and focused on achieving key deliverables.

We are looking for seasoned professional individuals who are comfortable working with a growing portfolio of clients, a willingness to travel across counties would be advantageous as would flexibility on working days and hours.

As the Managing Consultant for Intellectual Business Services UK Ltd, I am now looking to increase capacity and grow the business by recruiting like minded, able individuals.

Common Projects across most assignments:

1. Enhancing systems, processes and reporting.

2. Creating data rooms.

3. Supporting existing finance teams through the sale process.

4. Building financial infrastructure and rigour.

5. Assessing and supporting the development of internal finance teams.

At Intellectual Business Services UK Ltd, we are interested in ability, if successful in the initial screening stage, candidates will be required to undertake a skills and knowledge assessment offered by a third party, this will test for 5 key dimensions of the modern FD/ CFO being:

- Strategist

- Catalyst

- Business Partner

- Custodian

- Scorer
