I'm excited to be recruiting for Finance Site Lead to join a well-established manufacturing company in Leicestershire, on a 12 month FTC!
Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 p.a.
Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week
Working as part of the site leadership team, you will support the business by overseeing all aspects of forecasting, reporting & analysis.
Must be qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
Manufacturing experience desirable
5 direct reports, team size of 11
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic oversight and analysis of customer-funded product development programs.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers through monthly reviews, gathering insights and delivering updates.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues by developing robust business cases and funding models.
- Provide expert input and analysis on bid models and business cases for new business campaigns.
- Drive informed financial planning by generating, forecasting, and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly and monthly, including sales/revenue, inventory, and other financial metrics.
- Prepare insightful monthly forecasts and bridge analysis for the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
