Trace Recruit is delighted to be partnering with a global business services organisation, to recruit a qualified FP&A Manager 

Our client is an industry leader, delivering innovative solutions to their clients. With operations globally, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to lead commercial finance and reporting.
  
Reporting into the FD, you will lead FP&A activities and manage the budgeting and forecasting process.

About Your New Role

  • Monthly review and analysis of performance, identifying risks & opportunities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure performance meets set targets and forecasts.
  • Responsible for consolidating and submitting the flash reports
  • Monthly business performance pack and presentations
  • Responsible for the review and accurate submission of the budgets & forecasts
  • Capital expenditure reporting.
 
Your Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional Accountancy qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving financial results and efficiencies.
  • Experience working within a large organisation corporate business.
  • Possess a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Practical commercial reporting experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
 
This is a superb role for a qualified finance professional, working with an inspiring Finance Director. As the FP&A Manager, you will be building cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.
