This role is offering a guaranteed promotion to Head of Finance within 6 months.

£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus and Benefits.

This is very much a varied management accounting role that will quickly turn into an all-encompassing Head of Finance role.

Where someone can really add value is in driving commercial analysis, business partnering and strategic support.

We want an accountant with a commercial mindset and a people-centric personality.

The Role

• the management accounting function.
• an improved culture of business partnering and business support.
• insightful narrative with the monthly management accounts
• a small and capable finance team.
• board packs and monthly management account commentary.
• all payments.
• all cashflow forecasts.
• FP&A, including budgets, planning and forecasts.
• on all customer contracts, performance and profitability.

Your Profile

We are looking for a bright and engaging qualified accountant who wants to step into a Head of Finance role quickly.

• An interest in commercial finance and and FP&A.
• A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA OR ACCA)
• Happy to work in Heathrow 3 days a week.
