Broster Buchanan have been retained by a high growth private equity owned services company to recruit an FP&A Manager offering hybrid working based in Birmingham (2 days pw in the office).

My client is going through an exciting period of investment and transformation and an FP&A Manager you will be working to improve the understanding and reporting or corporate functional spend. This role will be critical in ensuring that costs are accurately reported and that future spend is accurately forecasted. 

This is a hands-on role, working across a wide stakeholder base including Functional and Corporate Heads, FP&A and operational colleagues to ensure excellent financial insight is built into core reporting.

The successful candidate is likely to be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified with strong analysing, controlling and reporting experience. We are looking for a self-starter who challenges the status quo, communicates effectively and who can get things done.
