FP&A Manager

Your new company
You will be joining a growing organisation with their UK headquarters based in central Farnborough. This is an exciting time to join as they've recently seen additional investment to help them become market leaders. You will be working closely with the Leadership team.

Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be taking on a key role in leading the FP&A function. You'll lead and Manage a small team who focus on providing high quality analytics whilst developing the performance reporting to drive decision making. Day to day, you will work with the business to help drive budget planning and control, lead the forecasting process and work with the Leadership to develop monthly dashboards, key KPIs as well as investor reporting. Working with the CFO, you'll also help prepare long term strategic plans and rollout of key systems and change projects. This is a truly broad well with plenty of scope to develop.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should have strong systems and financial modelling skills alongside a proven ability to work across financial and non-financial stakeholders. You should be a hands on Leader, comfortable with dealing in the detail as well as taking a "helicopter view" when looking at the long term focus. You should be a true team player and comfortable working in the office at least 3 days per week. If this sounds like you, it would be great to hear from you!
