FP&A Manager

Fin Search are recruiting an FP&A Manager on a permanent basis working for an industry leading manufacturing business based in Goole.

The business is easily accessible from the M62, Pontefract, Selby, York and Doncaster.

Reporting in to the ACA qualified Finance Director, as FP&A Manager, this role will be responsible for the management of the commercial finance function with the view to delivering timely and accurate financial analysis and forecasting across the business.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, sales and margin reporting, quarterly forecasting, customer profitability analysis, provide a business partnering service to the sales and marketing functions, factory variance reporting, identification of cost saving and profit improvement initiatives.

This role will also be responsible for the management of two finance analysts.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
• Have a relevant commercial finance background
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills

£55,000 + £8,000 car allowance + 10% bonus scheme + free on site parking + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and increasing with service + Bupa medical cover + pension scheme + 4 x death in service + flexible working hours + hybrid working (3 days office and 2 days from home)
