Reading - Hybrid Working

£50,000 - £55,000 + benefits

We are looking for a driven and insightful FP&A professional who has a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills, allied to experience in monthly reporting, analysis and budgeting to join a multi-national FMCG business based In Reading

The Role

The successful FP&A Analyst will manage the following:

  • Monthly consolidation and reporting for cost centre results ensuring accuracy, completion and understanding of key drivers.
  • Finance business partner senior budget holders including tracking vs budget and monthly spend reviews.
  • Produce monthly sales/incentive analysis to help guide sales and operations teams, including performance vs target and quarterly remuneration calculations.
  • Play a key part in the planning processes which include; Annual Operating Plan, Mid-year, Projection and Rolling Forecast.
  • Provide insightful consolidation, analysis and reports for Opex and incentives schemes.
  • To provide ad-hoc reviews / reports and participate in specific finance projects as requested

Your Profile

We are looking for a bright part-qualified/finalist or recently qualified accountant.

Someone with prior experience as a Management accountant, finance business partner or within an FP&A role would be ideally suited to this opportunity and have plenty of headroom for growth.

We need someone ambitious who has a commercial mindset and the people skills to add value and pro-actively make improvements across the function.

Benefits

£50,000 - £55,000 + bonus and benefits, study support is also available. This role is offered on a hybrid basis 3 days per week in office.
