CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a fast paced, growing PE backed services organisation based in Woking to recruit a forward thinking and ambitious FP&A Analyst 

What will the FP&A Analyst role involve?

  • Prepare the monthly Group Board pack inclusive of presentation packs 
  • Prepare and manage the forecasts, budgets and cashflows for the business 
  • Prepare and analyse KPI’s 
  • Build financial models and dashboards to assist in improving and understanding the performance of the business and the brands
  • Work along side key business partners to analyse data and suggest improvements 
  • Assist in the year end audit process

Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Analyst vacancy:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with significant, relevant and demonstratable experience
  • Experience in a multi-site environment
  • Previous experience in management accounts and budget preparation
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills
