• Supporting the CFO

FP&A Analyst

• Working within the accounts team to undertake aspects of financial planning, analysis and reporting for the finance department and the wider business
• The role involves overseeing the Management Accountant in delivering month end tasks whilst providing support to the wider team and assisting the CFO in driving performance and value add reporting to the business
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for performance management

FP&A Analyst

• Reviewing the management accounts pack each month and producing commentary
• Review of working paper support files that go with the pack.
• Review of final accounts with CFO each month.
• Assisting in dashboard development/creation and maintenance
• Assisting in the annual budget process
• Linking the financial models with outputs from buying and merchandising.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Providing reporting support to the wider business where necessary
• Retail Sales Analysis

FP&A Analyst

• Ideally studying towards a profession accountancy qualification and be either part qualified or finalist ACCA/CIMA

FP&A Analyst

• Strong financial modelling skills and the confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Experienced in management accounts
• Experience of Power BI
• Excellent mathematical and numeracy skills
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Methodical and organised
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
