We are currently recruiting an FP&A Analyst for an exciting retail company who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Group. Partnering directly with many areas of their global business, your focus will be on budgeting and reforecasting, which is key to the plan and strategy of the group.

This role is based in Bath on a Hybrid model 3 days in the office, the company are passionate about development and growing within your career so as part of this role, they are committed to supporting and sponsoring an accounting qualification (ACA).

The Role

- Supporting the senior analyst in the budget setup and delivery.
- Supporting the delivery of their strategy through accurate reporting and analysis.
- Overheads weekly and month-end FP&A support and reviews.
- Brand Marketing weekly and month-end FP&A support and reviews.
- Being a champion of the reporting and budgeting systems and transitioning to Netsuite.
- Deliver commercial results through your work.

The Person

- Relevant degree level or working towards or ideally equivalent work experience within a similar role.
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with teams across the business and external parties.
- Experienced user on the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- You are well organised have a hands-on attitude as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to take the incentive with a proactive mindset towards tasks.
