Fostering Manager - Deputy Managers considered

salary up to £60,000 per annum

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good ofsted rating in the Kent area, in order to help them recruit for a Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

They are happy to take on a Deputy Manager or a Team Manager looking to step up, so you will have the opportunity to progress your career with them.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Fostering Manager will manage a very stable team that is made out of a Practice Manager, 2 Senior Social workers, 4 Supervising Social Workers and a Student Social Worker.

They also provide access to a Therapy Manager, a Health Worker along with all the administration services such as HR, Finance and Admin.

The fostering agency currently has 35 families caring for approx. 50 young people with 5 families currently going through the F Form process.

Benefits:

- good salary package - between £50,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager or a Deputy Manager and if you have experience in fostering. You must have a very good understanding of the fostering legislation and National Minimum Standards. You will also need a Social Work England registration.
