Forklift Engineer

My client is a forklift dealer and forklift service provider near the Newport, Berkeley area in the South East of England is looking for a field based forklift engineer.?

The forklift engineer must have a wealth of experience working on electric forklifts in the past, with no plant experience needed. You must have good hydraulic and electrical experience and have the ability toself diagnose machine faults / problem.

The job will require you to service and repair the machines both in the workshop in Newport, Berkeley and out on site in Field. You will also be required to perform PDI`s on new machines prior to delivery to the customer.

As well as the ability to work both on your own and as part of a team, you must have excellent customer service skills, as the job will involve dealing with customers and clients. You will need to be flexible due to the need to attend call outs to customer breakdowns at short notice.

Salary:

£35,000 and over depending on experience?
