Forklift Driver Counterbalance

Job Title: Forklift Driver Counterbalance

Location: Preston

Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13 per hour, paid every week on Wednesday

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm

Training will be given for first 2 - 3 weeks during normal daytime shift 0800 – 1600.

Workchain are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver Counterbalance to work in Preston. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a counterbalance forklift and will have the necessary qualifications to do so. This position is on a temp to perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to move and stack materials
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the forklift
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift license
- Previous experience driving a counterbalance forklift in an industrial setting
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
